Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Veyronic Technologies Private Limited (“Veyronic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit this website and when your organization uses our platform — Veyronic AI, SiteForge, and Veyronic Vision.

Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to it. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access the site or use our services.

1. Information we collect

a. Personal information

  • Contact and demo requests: name, work email, company, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
  • Account registration: name, email address, role, and organization details for users provisioned on the platform.
  • Billing information: billing contact and address where a commercial agreement is in place. We do not store card or bank account numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider, and no payment credentials are retained once a transaction completes.

b. Non-personal information

  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, and interaction data.
  • Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and understand how the site is used.

c. Project and site data

Where your organization deploys our platform, we process the project data supplied to it:

  • Drawings, specifications, and project documents uploaded to Veyronic AI.
  • Field reports, inspection records, and task and approval history recorded in SiteForge.
  • Video streams and detection events from cameras connected to Veyronic Vision, which may include images of people working on site.

This data belongs to your organization. We process it on your organization’s instructions, for the purpose of delivering the service.

2. How we use your information

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our services, and monitoring usage.
  • Managing accounts, provisioning access, and processing transactions.
  • Responding to enquiries and scheduling product demonstrations.
  • Technical support, troubleshooting, and security enhancements.
  • Service updates and marketing communications, unless you opt out.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Legal compliance and lawful government or regulatory requests.

3. Site camera and video data

Veyronic Vision analyses video from cameras your organization already operates. Because this involves footage of people at work, specific limits apply:

  • Edge-first processing: video is analysed at the edge wherever the deployment allows, so that only detection events and metadata are transmitted onward.
  • Purpose limitation: detection is confined to the safety, security, and operational events your organization configures.
  • No model training: we do not use customer video, images, or detections to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • Access control: footage and detections are accessible only to authorized users within your organization and to authorized Veyronic personnel supporting the deployment.

Your organization is responsible for notifying people on site that monitoring is in place, and for obtaining any consent or approval required under applicable law.

4. Third-party integrations

Our platform is API-first and connects to systems your organization already runs, including CAD, ERP, project management, document storage, and communication tools. Where you connect a third-party account — for example a Google Workspace service such as Drive or Sheets — the following apply:

  • Temporary use only: we access only the data required to deliver the functionality you have requested, and do not permanently retain it.
  • No secondary use: we do not use data obtained through third-party APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • No external transfers: we do not share, transfer, or disclose data obtained through these integrations to any third party.
  • Internal access controls: only authorized users within your account or organization can access data retrieved through an integration.

You may disconnect any integration at any time.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who host or support our platform under contract and are bound to equivalent protections; with the administrators of your own organization; and with authorities where disclosure is required by law.

6. Data retention and security

Enquiry data and project data are stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Enterprise authentication, role-based access control, and audit logging apply across every layer of the platform, and access is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, or nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf. Contact us using the details below. Where we process data on behalf of a customer organization, we will refer your request to that organization and support them in responding.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website and platform are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
